Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 Tblsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 cup milk
2 Tblsp. salad oil
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake on hot griddle. Makes about 8 4-inch pancakes.(Add 2 tblsp. of milk to make thinner pancakes.)
